Appartamento Marilu D is an elegant and welcoming apartment situated in an elegant fifteenth-century building. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Marilu D you will have a view of the nearest building. Appartamento Marilu D is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the historic center of Acquaviva delle Fonti, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops and public transportation.

Appartamento Marilu D is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 20 stairway steps. An elevator is available.

To stay at Appartamento Marilu D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearest building.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs, two single divan beds (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance) and a desk. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the nearest building through a French door.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the balcony.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
