Villa Floridea, Capri

Villa Floridea is a spacious apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps two people. From Villa Floridea you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery. Villa Floridea is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Ana Capri, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Villa Floridea from the street level along a short private walkway that includes approximately 18 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Floridea (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table and a sun lounger. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.

The verandah is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the garden. The verandah is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.

The living room is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, decorated in the characteristic style of the island of Capri. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa , armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the verandah. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
