Casa Palombella A is a welcoming studio apartment surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps two people. From Casa Palombella A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the garden. Casa Palombella A is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic shared terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Colli di Fontanelle, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Palombella A walking past a main entrance gate and going down a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 60 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Casa Palombella A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-April until mid-October.
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the sea. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden.
