There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The kitchen has a small window that opens the inner yard.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace with a view of the sea through three French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the courtyard of the building through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
