Casa Romeo C is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Casa Romeo C you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Romeo C is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from San Piero in Bagno, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the bus stop at 550 meters (1800 feet). You will reach Casa Romeo C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Romeo C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
The apartments Casa Romeo are part of an holiday complex sourranded by the countryside of Romagna.
The complex, once an old farming village, consists of four stone buildings, partly surrounded by a forest of chestnut trees, built along the old Via Romea, that was used by pilgrims from Northern Europe to go to Rome.
Now, the complex offers its guests four apartements: Casa Romeo A, B, C and D sourrounded by nature, tranquility, beautiful sunsets and starry skies.
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The living room is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
