Casa Pettirosso A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Pettirosso A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Pettirosso A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a small private terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Casole D'Elsa, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Casa Pettirosso A is located on the top floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
To stay at Casa Pettirosso A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Casa Pettirosso A is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. It is open from the end of April until mid-October.
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two gazebos and a swing. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
