Casa Frutteto C is a cozy and welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Frutteto C you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Casa Frutteto C is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared Jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Martina Franca, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Frutteto C from the parking area along a 50-meters (165-feet) private walkway that crosses the entrance pathway of the complex.

To stay at Casa Frutteto C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a fenced covered parking space.

The Frutteto A, B, and C apartments are in a fantastic resort complex located in the Apulian countryside. The complex can accommodate up to 12 people, and the swimming pool is available for all the guests to use. The Frutteto A and C apartments are unique trulli buildings (while Frutteto B is not a trullo); they are in a tranquil, park like, relaxing setting.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the garden.

The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room has a double-glazed window with a view on the alleyway at the rear of the house.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed small window with a view on the alleyway at the rear of the house.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window with a view on the alleyway at the rear of the house. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
