Casa Turchino A is a spacious two-story apartment that is part of a villa. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Turchino A you will enjoy a view of the greenery. Casa Turchino A is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a wide private terrace, two private patios, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Turchino A from the parking area along a 40-meters (130-feet) private walkway that crosses the entrance pathway of the complex.
To stay at Casa Turchino A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard.
The apartments Turchino B, C, and D are part of a marvelous villa located just 2 kilometers from Santa Maria di Castellabate while Turchino E is part of a nearby villa. As guest of Turchino Apartments you will be able to enjoy the swimming pool and the garden.
The Turchino Apartments are in a green setting where the peacefulness and outdoor spaces offer a relaxing stay.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a swing and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. On the terrace you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. At your disposal there will be a washing machine. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the greenery.
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three double-glazed French doors.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second patio. The room also has two double-glazed windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room has two double-glazed windows with a view of the greenery. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
The third bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two double-glazed windows with a view of the greenery. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
