Casa Desire D, Toscolano Maderno

Casa Desire D is an elegant and welcoming apartment. It sleeps five people. From Casa Desire D you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the other buildings. Casa Desire D is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Toscolano Maderno, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants, shops and public transportation.

Casa Desire D is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area along a 40-meters (130-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden. An elevator is available.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Desire D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the patio you will have a view of the nearest building and of the garden and swimming pool.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a double-glazed French door that will allow you to reach the terrace. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
