Casa Roverella B, San Felice del Benaco

Casa Roverella B is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Garda. It sleeps six people. From Casa Roverella B you will have a pleasant view of the swimming pool and of the garden, of the other buildings and of the mountain. Casa Roverella B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from the center of San Felice del Benaco, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 mile).

Casa Roverella B is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 35 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Roverella B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate in a garage.

The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two double-glazed windows with a view on the alleyway at the rear of the house. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The kitchen has a double-glazed window overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
