Casa Sonetto B is a welcoming apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps six people. From Casa Sonetto B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Sonetto B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Pescia, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Casa Sonetto B is located on the ground floor in the main building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Sonetto B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Casa Sonetto is an ancient house converted from the stables and barn of the manor house where, according to tradition, had found shelter the Sisters of the Visitation at the beginning of the nineteenth century after the closure of the monasteries.
The apartments Casa Sonetto A, B, C e D, completely renovated, are situated in the Svizzera Pesciatina, the heart of Valdinievole the strategic starting point to reach the classic tourist destinations in Tuscany and discover other less known, but equally fascinating.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner and is filled with sea water. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The garden is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a wooden gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two divans that unfold into two double beds and a desk. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the garden.
