It features panoramic shared terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Furore, where you will find a grocery store and the SITA bus stop. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Marina di Conca beach) at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Casa Romilda A from the parking area along a short route that includes approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Romilda A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most two cars.

The apartments Casa Romilda A and B are part of a two story building, located on the first and on the second floor of the building respectively. Both of the apartments have external access and are easily accessible climbing a two stairway steps.

The building is located on the slope of a promontory  facing the sea and the sun.

It is surrounded by several characteristic and fragrant lemon and orange trees cultivated on pergolas on the terraced land.

This is the right place to relax and enjoy the quiet and beauty of the Amalfi Coast.

The owner, who is a producer of delicious organic orange and lemon marmalade, occasionally lives in one of the apartments on the ground floor.

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, a deck chair and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the coastline.

The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic citrus trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the sea.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. The bathroom has a double-glazed window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to enter the second living room from the terrace. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room also has two double-glazed windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
