Casa Concerto A, Montecatini Terme

Casa Concerto A is a graceful apartment located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. From Casa Concerto A you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valdinievole (Nievole Valley) and of the greenery. Casa Concerto A is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montecatini Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).

Casa Concerto A is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 35 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Concerto A you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the valley and of the hills.

The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
