Villa Moretta B is a splendid two-story villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Moretta B you will have a pleasant view of the garden and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Villa Moretta B is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Moretta B from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately eight steps.

To stay at Villa Moretta B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.4 meters (7.8 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until mid-October.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo and by perfumed olive and citrus trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table and chairs.

The garden is partly shaded by perfumed trees. You will be able to reach it from the patio going down eight steps. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the garden and partially of the sea at a distance through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the sea at a distance.
