Villa Laila B, Scala

Villa Laila B is a pleasant and spacious apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Laila B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Laila B is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a gorgeous private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Scala, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation.

Villa Laila B is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the parking area along a short private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Laila B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will reach it from Villa Laila B going up a short private walkway that includes approximately two stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, four deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two Juliet balconies with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a window which overlooks the characteristic alley below.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the entrance hall through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
