From Casa Mariolina A you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). Casa Mariolina A is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Pian di Scò, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
To stay at Casa Mariolina A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.
This property is a rural complex is located in the heart of Chianti area, in a lovely setting of olive groves and vineyards. The villa is a century old farmhouse, completely renovated, now available for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The property has a main villa and four different apartments, all with their own access from the shared terrace. This large terrace overlooks the Tuscan hills, on which world-famous Chianti wine grapes are grown.
The resort has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. You can stroll in the vast garden, where fig trees and olive groves rule. The large pool overlooking a natural terrace will give you relief during the hotter months, while your children can have fun in the green area dedicated to them, perhaps swinging on the swings.
The cities of art, Florence and Siena are easy to reach, and the owners will gladly show you the routes that best suit your needs. And if you want to renew your wardrobe, do not forget that just a few kilometers you can find the outlets of the best Italian couture!
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by elegant olive trees and by perfumed fig trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen and from the garden. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat six guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
