Casa Marieva I is a graceful studio apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 25 square meters (270 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Marina di Grosseto, where you will find shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).
To stay at Casa Marieva I you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a non-heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 9.8 feet) . It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower, and it is shaded by a gazebo. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
