Casa Castore E is a welcoming apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.

You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Lippiano, 4 km (roughly 4400 yards) from restaurants and from shops. You will reach Casa Castore E from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Castore E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The complex is made up of five holiday apartments that once belonged to a farmhouse dating back to the XVI century. It is situated near the banks of a small torrent that marks the border between Umbria and Tuscany.

The complex, that is entirely fenced, is located in a hilly area, surrounded by the greenery of lawns and woods.

The historical centre of Lippiano, a small medieval village that is famous for its castle, is at roughly 800 meters away.

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings of the kitchen are simple and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat three guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels).

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. Here you will also find a safe.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The furnishings are simple. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
