Casa Castore D is a characteristic and welcoming independent house built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps four people. From Casa Castore D you will enjoy a pleasant view of the valley. Casa Castore D is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a wide private terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.

You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Lippiano, 4 km (roughly 4400 yards) from restaurants and from shops. You will reach Casa Castore D from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Castore D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The complex is made up of five holiday apartments that once belonged to a farmhouse dating back to the XVI century. It is situated near the banks of a small torrent that marks the border between Umbria and Tuscany.

The complex, that is entirely fenced, is located in a hilly area, surrounded by the greenery of lawns and woods.

The historical centre of Lippiano, a small medieval village that is famous for its castle, is at roughly 800 meters away.

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The first patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.

You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a practical fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window.

The second patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first bedroom. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
