Casa Rica B, Positano

Casa Rica B is a charming independent house located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Rica B you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of Positano. Casa Rica B is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Positano, roughly 200 meters (660 feet) from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Casa Rica B from the parking area going down a short private walkway that includes approximately 90 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Rica B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The first terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano.

The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of Positano and of the sea.

The third terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it from Casa Rica B going up a walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps. It is equipped with a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the owners and by the guests of other nearby apartments in order to reach their accommodations.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a small high window.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
