Casa Ulrica, Conca dei Marini

Casa Ulrica is a cozy studio apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Ulrica you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. Casa Ulrica is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles) including 200 stairway steps.

Casa Ulrica is located on the ground floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately six steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Ulrica we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by perfumed fruit trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
