Villa Carissa E is a charming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line.
Villa Carissa E is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through the garden.
For a successful stay at Villa Carissa E we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
The Carissa apartments are part of a large villa built to be a vacation home. It is enclosed within a 3000-square-meter (about 32,292 square feet) fenced land and placed on the top of a hill in the surrounding area of Sorrento. Around the house you will see lands cultivated with olive tree groves and lemon trees. From the villa you will have a great view of the coast below and the sea.
The villa is subdivided into seven small apartments, each of which with a patio or private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.
The guests of all the apartments have to share the swimming-pool placed on a high portion of land which is actually a natural terrace in the place , a large garden, and the panoramic top terrace of the house.
Two shared laundry rooms are available to all guests, you will find one on the first floor and the other on the second floor of the building. In each laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
You will be about 600 meters away from the heart of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, a small town nestled on the hills above the gulfs of Naples and Salerno and known as a vacation spot due to its natural beauty, healthy air, good wine, and good food. The center can be reached on foot.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 2.30 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the valley and of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at 6 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the end of April until the end of September.
The patio is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.
The furnishings of the living room include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
