Villa Sidonia is a pleasant and spacious apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from San Donato in Poggio, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
Villa Sidonia is located on the ground floor.
To stay at Villa Sidonia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a reserved parking space.
This little farm house, fully restored, is located in the heart of Tuscany, perfect location for excursions to Florence (27 km or 16.7 miles), Siena (35 km or 21.7 miles), San Gimignano (25 km or 15.5 miles), and pretty towns such as Castellina, Greve, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti.
It is on the top of a hill in a panoramic position from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the incredible Tuscan sunsets.
The residence consists of two buildings, both facing onto a courtyard. There are ten apartments of different sizes and most have wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
Guests can enjoy a sunny swimming pool overlooking the valley. It's the place where you will relax and refresh at the end of a day spent in the Tuscan countryside or in a city of art. Other shared areas include a garden with terraces equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds and sun shades, and a table tennis room.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
