Casa Sibilla B is a characteristic apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from San Donato in Poggio, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
Casa Sibilla B is located on the first floor.
To stay at Casa Sibilla B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a reserved parking space.
This little farm house, fully restored, is located in the heart of Tuscany, perfect location for excursions to Florence (27 km or 16.7 miles), Siena (35 km or 21.7 miles), San Gimignano (25 km or 15.5 miles), and pretty towns such as Castellina, Greve, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti.
It is on the top of a hill in a panoramic position from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the incredible Tuscan sunsets.
The residence consists of two buildings, both facing onto a courtyard. There are ten apartments of different sizes and most have wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
Guests can enjoy a sunny swimming pool overlooking the valley. It's the place where you will relax and refresh at the end of a day spent in the Tuscan countryside or in a city of art. Other shared areas include a garden with terraces equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds and sun shades, and a table tennis room.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
The ceiling of the kitchen is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has a window with a view of the countryside.
The ceiling of the second bedroom is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
