Villa Carissa C is a graceful apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line.
Villa Carissa C is located on the second floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 31 steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Carissa C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
The Carissa apartments are part of a large villa built to be a vacation home. It is enclosed within a 3000-square-meter (about 32,292 square feet) fenced land and placed on the top of a hill in the surrounding area of Sorrento. Around the house you will see lands cultivated with olive tree groves and lemon trees. From the villa you will have a great view of the coast below and the sea.
The villa is subdivided into seven small apartments, each of which with a patio or private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.
The guests of all the apartments have to share the swimming-pool placed on a high portion of land which is actually a natural terrace in the place , a large garden, and the panoramic top terrace of the house.
Two shared laundry rooms are available to all guests, you will find one on the first floor and the other on the second floor of the building. In each laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
You will be about 600 meters away from the heart of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, a small town nestled on the hills above the gulfs of Naples and Salerno and known as a vacation spot due to its natural beauty, healthy air, good wine, and good food. The center can be reached on foot.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 2.30 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the valley and of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at 6 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the end of April until the end of September.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the garden and of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the garden and of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
