We are proud to offer you a wide choice of vacation villas and apartments with instant confirmation.  What that means is that, if your perfect holiday home offers instant confirmation for your dates, the moment you enter your booking the villa is yours for the dates you requested.  It's that easy. To make it just as easy to recognize the villas that offer this special feature, we have marked them with a .  Whenever you see that a villa has a  for your choice of dates, it means that you can put it on hold immediately since the availability is updated in real time.  Confirm your reservation online with a credit card and your are done: renting a villa in Italy made as easy as 1-2-3.

What about the villas that do not have a  for the dates selected? You can still book them online, of course!  For those villas we need to quickly double-check the availability, and then we get back to you to confirm. We try to be as fast as we can. On working days it takes at most 24 hours to confirm a booking; on holidays and week-ends it might take a little longer (not necessarily).  At times it might happen that there is a waiting list to get the villa for your dates... in that case we put you on the list, and it might take a bit longer than the usual 24 hours to get a definite answer.

Some villas have restrictions on the booking periods, and might require either a weekly booking, from Saturday to Saturday, or a minimum length of stay. However, exceptions are possible: please feel free to enter your reservation, and we will try to make special arrangements for you. In most cases  we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the arrangements.
