Very good

July 2014 - Villa Viviana B is an absolutely fantastic location that gives easy access to surrounding areas.

The apartment is beautiful with a stunning pool. Kitchen was smaller than I envisaged and was basically stocked (could have done with some oven gloves and a few sharp knives). Bathroom was spacious and water pressure excellent. Could have used a second pillow in the bedrooms.

A wonderful start to our holiday. Beautifully maintained grounds. Very picturesque.

July 2013 - Excellent place to have a holiday. The pool was great despite having 3 other families around it was never crowded. Wifi was a bit intermittent. Brilliant space to spend a week's holiday.

April 2012 - My family found the peace and quiet at Villa Viviana perfect for our holiday.

The bedrooms and baths were spacious and had sufficient storage. Actually the master was well above average.

The kitchen lacked items which would help if cooking meals would be of interest to the guests. Cutting boards, sharp knives, larger frying pan, etc.

Roberto [the caretaker] was very helpful and his kindness to us as guests added to our visit.

I hope to come back in a couple years to stay and enjoy such a lovely area of Italy.

March 2009 - Our group of 8 (5 adults, 3 children) loved our stay at Villa Viviana B.

We were greeted by Davide upon arrival and he was very friendly and helpful (and speaks English) in getting us situated in the villa. Roberto was another person who was extremely kind and helpful during the rest of the week.

The villa was just as it appeared in the pictures on the Internet. It was quite spacious and comfortable. The grounds were impeccably kept and our only regret was that we were there in March and couldn't enjoy the pool with the gorgeous view of the valley and nearby Montaione.

At the end of each day of sightseeing we were always happy to return to our lovely villa. We would absolutely stay there again!

You were very easy to work with. I've already referred a friend to your website as she is looking to go to Italy.

We had scheduled several day trips. We decided to cancel a couple of them and just stay at the villa and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

May 2008 - We had a wonderful vacation at the Villa, everything was exactly as portrayed by Summer in Italy if not better.

Very clean, grounds were immaculate as though the landscaper used a comb and tweezers to manicure. The air outside was always so fragrant as there are so many flowers and shrubs of rosemary. Roberto, one of the owners was there everyday working in the yard or pool and never failed to answer any questions or help out with anything we asked for.

Wood is provided for a nightly fire, charcoal grills always at the ready for grilling. The surrounding area is like a postcard, I never got tired of looking at it. We felt very safe at the villa.

This was our second year to use Summer in Italy. Both times we found the property exactly as pictured and described and cleaner than expected. The owners of both properties took great pride in helping out and answering questions. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for vacation property. Your written notes of advice and directions to the villas were right on target. You fully prepare the guests for what to expect. There are no disappointments. I will always use your company for vacation property in Italy. We found you on the internet after a google search.

Roberto [the caretaker] was there every mid morning to see to little chores on the outside and to answer our endless questions. He could not have been more helpful.

June 2006 - When I first booked Villa Viviana B back in the spring of 2005, I only hoped the property would be lovely. I never expected the Villa to be a thousand times better than I could ever had imagined.

As myself and the 7 other teachers I was traveling with reached the gate and drove down that beautiful drive, I knew we had reached heaven. Everything was perfect.

Roberto, the caretaker and brother to the owner, could not have been more accommodating or helpful.

We loved every inch of the property and especially enjoyed our walks up to the town of Montaione each morning for cappucino and croissants.

Even though we made day trips to Florence, Pisa, Siena and Cinque Terre... it was Montaione that captured our hearts. The people welcomed us each day and I believe they might have been sad to see us go at the end of the week :)

Everything you did to make this transaction happen was professional. The entire process was a breeze and I have told so many people about your site and how satisfied we all were. Thank you all for a memorable stay.

April 2005 - This property EXCEEDED our expectations in every way. Clean, perfectly maintained, in and out, spectacular vistas in all directions, covered parking, ready firewood, pool - it was the perfect choice for our stay.

We have already downloaded all of our photos, plus the ones on the web - and created a video "memory book" to share with our friends....many of whom have asked for the link to Villa Viviana.

Additionally, the owner/caretaker was quick to respond to the minor things that occur in all homes.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY and feel free to refer people to me for a testimonial. We will be back!
