September 2014 - Villa Viviana A was a great find, very spacious, high ceilings and airy, beautiful space.
Davide, one of the owners, was extremely nice and helpful. He helped with any and all inquiries and made greatest restaurant recommendations.
Travel tips
- Easy train connection to Florence, Siena etc. in Castelfiorentino with ample station parking.
- Great sunsets for the sunset lovers and gorgeous access road lined with pine trees and flowering bushes.
- San Gimignano a stone throw away...
- Leave for day trips ANYWHERE if you like, Florence is connected by speed train to entire Italy and Europe... Rome, Naples and Venice just few hours away.
- Best just enjoy the local wines, great and great value local restaurant food and friendly locals. Inexpensive, well stocked, super fresh, close by COOP for families or the very budget oriented.

July 2010 - Very spacious. Loved it. Pool temperature perfect. Need more loungers (compared to deck chairs). Villa cool during day but hot at night. Recommend that guests take insect repellent with them and apply generously!
No plastic glasses but we bought our own disposable ones (particularly as we ate outside for most meals).
Overall Summer in Italy is impressive. Will definitely recommend them and will look to them first when going to Italy.

July 2006 - We just loved Villa Viviana A, it was more than we expected. Clean and beautiful.
And the grounds were just so lovely to look at, there were times we didn't want to leave the villa to go site seeing.
The caretaker was just great and very accommodating.
I highly recommend this place to our friends and family.
I think you did a wonderful job with the pictures on the Internet, keep it up. You were just great with all my questions that I e mailed you. Everything was just perfect. Just keep up the good work. Thank you. I will be highly recommending you.

July 2005 - We had an amazing time in Tuscany. The villa was beautiful inside as well as the grounds.
The owners were very friendly and accomodating. It was fun picking out our vegetables from their own farm.
Having a small town nearby made shopping handy. It's location was perfect to go and see the other beautiful towns in Tuscany.
Your website information about the location and amenities for the villas were very helpful. Everytime I emailed to ask for directions or other information, I was always answered quickly and politely. It was easy to use my visa card to pay for it too. Pictures helped my decision too. I wish you guys were part of other parts of Italy as well as other countries in Europe too.
Unfortunately, Villa Viviana A can not be booked at this time.
