September 2014 - Our family of 6 adults and 1 child spent an amazing 7 days stay at Villa Tula.

The villa is more than anyone could dream of. Everything you need is there, it was clean, the pool was heaven and the photos don't do it justice. The view is magnificent.

Marco was just a beautiful person who went out of his way to make sure everything went like clockwork, from when we first met him to the end of our stay. Thank you Marco, hope to see you there in a year or two.

I would gladly recommend Villa Tula for anyone who wants to have the greatest holiday ever.

You guys are really reliable as well and I thank you - I will definitely book through Summer In Italy again.

Travel tips

  • Winding roads and you would need to hire a car.
  • You will be at about 1.5 km from Scala where you can buy your essentials and have coffee and cake at one of their cafes.
  • Go to Amalfi via the steps, it is a long walk but it is worth doing it.
  • Catch a ferry to Positano.
  • The locals are lovely people.

May 2013 - Amazing house with stunning views.

The owner, Pasquale, did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Our young children (ages 3, 5, and 7 yrs) did well with the stairs to and fro the house -- but the older folks who were out of shape struggled.

We loved it.

Thanks for all you help answering questions. You answered quickly and politely.

Travel tips

  • We loved going to the village below for supper, walking down to Amalfi, visiting Ravello and villa Cimbrone and relaxing on the deck by the pool at the house.

July 2012 - Villa Tula is a very special place in a very special area.

It is an adventure for both the kids and the grown ups. The owners are great and very willing to help with even small issues.

The 1395 steps (or so) down to Amalfi centre was unbelievable! Our 9 year old managed to walk both down and up again. The rest took a taxi up the hill.

You made our vacation the best so far! We have experience with 5 rental houses before this, in Italy and Spain.

Travel tips

  • Take a boat trip to a nearby beach and eat super seafood!
