August 2014 - We absolutely loved the views and peace and quiet. Fantastic sitting out after dark and counting shooting stars.

Fantastic property, we loved it.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and also offered us cake and wine which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Summer In Italy were incredibly helpful with our indecision and trying to please a large family. Would definitely recommend and use you again.

June 2014 - Villa Tea is a clean and spacious villa in a beautiful location!

Our family enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kind and attentive service from the owners.

Sara [the owner] and her family were so kind and helpful. We wish them the best and hope to be back some day.

I will definitely use Summer In Italy again. It was very easy to use and the people were very helpful and friendly.

Travel tips

  • The villa is in a remote area but it was centrally located for our day trips to Arezzo, Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre by car.
  • We even went to Venice by train for the day!
  • Arezzo had the best food at the best price of any city we visited. The gelato in Arezzo was much better than Rome.
  • Ask the hosts to prepare a meal for you. It was outstanding!

July 2011 - You could not ask for a better place to stay, a more beautiful place to stay or better hosts. Absolute perfection.

Close enough to take in all that Tuscany has to offer, quiet enough to relax and enjoy the views and the peace. Perfect.

Travel tips

  • Grocery shop before arrival, you won't want to leave once you're there.
  • Do not miss asking for dinner to be cooked one night, it's a meal that you will never forget in the best possible sense of the word.

June 2011 - We all loved Villa Tea. The family was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The only negative would be that it was a little difficult to get to but on the other hand, it offered peace and quiet. It also was a little distance to get to some of the central areas of Tuscany such as Siena, etc.

The owners have taken great care to provide many options for entertainment around the property including ping-pong, Petonc, Badminton, etc. Pool was fabulous.

Summer in Italy wonderful to work with and quick to respond to e-mail.

Travel tips

  • Taking the train from Arezzo to Florence was a good suggestion by Sarah, no need to park car, frequent trains available and only cost about 11 euros round trip.

Unfortunately, Villa Tea can not be booked at this time.
