Excellent location close to Sorrento

August 2019 - The Villa is in excellent location for those who want to stay close to Sorrento and still enjoy the luxury of privacy, ocean view, pool, flat (!) garden, and plenty of living space in a traditional and still modern environment.

I do recommend the villa for families and group of friends, you will love the atmosphere and the well designed common areas.

Quiet and lovely

July 2019 - This is a great house, the location is a bit out of the way so taxis are needed to get to restaurants or the grocery but it is quiet and absolutely lovely.

Beyond our expectations

July 2018 - The villa was beyond our expectations.

Beautifully maintained, kitchen was well supplied, view was magnificent, everything worked and the daily housekeeping was a blessing.

I would recommend booking through Summer in Italy as they were very helpful. The location for a summer get-away was perfect. Access to the Amalfi coast was just a beautiful drive away.

Better in real life

August 2017 - This villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. It's just beautiful. Very spacious, lots of seating areas inside and out, beautiful frescoes on the walls as it used to be the home of an artist, newly renovated, big grassy garden, huge outside dining table, overlooking mount Vesuvius, very well equipped, daily maid service, a pool, laundry facilities, air conditioned etc.

The bewst view in Sorrento

July 2017 - Villa Orizzonte is the perfect place for an Italian holiday for a large family or a group of friends. The house has a nice vibe and the view is amazing. The best view in Sorrento!

The house is super clean and has some nice big towels. You can cool down in the swimming pool or lay in the hammock and read.

We highly recommend Villa Balsamo. We had such a nice stay! :-)
