Lovely apartment

September 2016 - Villa Nandina A is a lovely apartment at the top of a family's home. It has a balcony where you can enjoy the views and we used to enjoy having breakfast there every day. The grounds of the home are beautiful and provide a swimming pool and sun loungers, which are great to relax in.

Staying at Villa Nandina A provides a lovely haven in which to relax or explore the surrounding areas.

The family are very welcoming and enjoy sharing their home grown produce.

Travel tips

  • It is a nice walk into the village of Subbiano from Villa Nandina A and we enjoyed having a homemade ice cream at Cremeria Stella most days.
  • The Restaurant La Corte dell'Oca was a particular favourite, which we used to walk to, and had great pasta dishes and friendly staff. We also enjoyed Pizzeria La Rotonda in Capolona, particularly the pizza - you will need a car to get here as it's the next village along from Subbiano.
