June 2013 - Great space and wonderful light! We truly enjoyed it, and loved the location.

Also very accommodating, as we left our luggage with them for the whole day on check-out day.

September 2010 - We had a great time in Sorrento, and the Villa was great, if only it had a decent view it would have been perfect. Our balcony was overlooked by the local hospital, so it wasn't as private as we would of liked, but this was the only down side.

The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped.

The location was great just off the end of the main street's but still peaceful and quiet.

Travel tips

  • I think some of the other rooms in the complex had better views and were not directly overlooked by the hospital.
  • There are plenty of small shops in the surrounding area selling everything you need. There is also a salumeria in the square opposite the complex, where you can get the best freshly made (in front of you) sandwhiches you ever tasted.
  • There are many good restaurants in Sorrento but I recommend the newly opened Restaurant L'Abate on the piazza San Antonino, they also have 2 other well established restaurants Restaurant Lanterna and Restaurant Lanterna Due all have great food and service.

June 2010 - Had an amazing time and one of our best holidays ever. Would certainly recommend Villa Gaudiosa C to anyone as long as they don't book it for when we return.
