Ample room to be together and to be alone, and extraordinary views of the lake!

September 2022 - I can't say enough positive things about this property! My wife and I, our adult kids and their fiancés, all had ample room to be together and to be alone. There are so many terraces and rooms it's both intimate and allows time alone. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware and a large amount of dinnerware - perfect for big dinners!

And of course, the views of the lake are extraordinary, at all times of the day and evening. The town is small and unspoilt. We saw no other tourists during our stay.

Everyone managing the property was very gracious and helpful also.

Summer In Italy was very helpful and timely with all communication.

October 2021 - This home was breathtaking! Right on the lake and magnificent views. Every window has a view. 4 big terraces to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We will be coming back!

Our best villa rental ever.

April 2019 - We have traveled extensively and I can say this was the best villa rental we have had.

My husband and I had the privacy of the ground level flat and our son, daughter in law and grandsons had the main house. We were together, but not always. The boys had the beach outside for play and adventure. Best of all was the kitchen, perfect for the group that likes to cook together and dine together. The villa and surrounding area had charming Italian atmosphere which we all absorbed.

We had used Summerinitaly.com previously for our family to visit the Amalfi coast and were very pleased with the customer service provided. We will certainly come to Summerinitaly.com for our next trip. Sicily? Maybe.

Lovely house

August 2018 - Lovely house. The rooms are all fine, with nice balconies and fabulous views. The three terraces are a delight, and its pretty easy to get into the water. The only downside is the 150-meters long walk up and down to the car park that includes approximately 50 stairway steps.

Daniela [the property manager] looked after us beautifully during our stay.

We have had a wonderful week in Villa Dinamia!

August 2018 - We have had a wonderful week in Villa Dinamia! First of all, very good location:

- not so far from Menaggio (lake triangle center), but far enough to benefit of a quiet environment;

- not so far from the North of the lake, for those who want to practice board sports (kite, wind surf, etc.);

- Santa Maria Rezzonico is a very typical village (a really nice place to stay!), convenient as there is a small shop in the village (where you can find basic foods), 2 restaurants, supermarkets are at maximum 10 mins driving.

The house itself is very nice with immediate access to the lake. There is a view on the lake from all rooms. Our children (from 10 to 16 years old) really liked the villa and its different floors.

Thanks a lot! No surprises, everything clear and efficient.

August 2015 - It was a wonderful location!

A perfect villa, a perfect view, very friendly personal, a little shop for bread, butter, cheese and wine some steps upstairs in the little town, friendly help with the luggage, everything perfect.

We just made the reservation for next year... Perfect! :)
