The whole family loved Villa Abellinia

July 2019 - The whole family loved Villa Abellinia - it's a big property with lot of indoor and outdoor space, including a well-equipped kitchen next to the pool.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful, as was the local agent Anna.

Travel tips

  • Assuming you want to see or do anything other than spend time in the villa (go to Montemarano, Lioni, Lago di Laceno, Napoli etc) you will definitely need a car.

September 2018 - With three children in their 20s who joined us, this was a great location for two weeks. Quiet when we spent days in the sun by the superb pool, then within 90 mins of the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius etc. The extra kitchen / dinner down by the pool worked really well for breakfast and lunch by the pool. Best pool we have ever had in all our years in France, Spain and Italy. The whole family loved the table tennis and table football.

Summer In Italy / Luca where great.

Travel tips

  • The only tip for future visitors is to phone ahead for restaurants etc. As we visited late Aug/early Sep, a lot of places were closed with owners on vacation.
