A view to die for

July 2023 - Oh my what a beautiful home with a view to die for -- a beautiful clean home with a lovely kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms -- the 5 of us were so comfortable.

Aircon works like a dream and put on the alfresco the jacuzzi is a lovely way to spread a late afternoon with a glass of Prosecco, or enjoy any time.

Positano is known as the vertical city so don’t be mistaken, there are steps, many of them but worth it for the view and the privacy of casa Zenia B and when you know the bus system, it works very well - some amazing little restaurants in the area as well.

Last but by no means least, our hosts Ivan and Ambra were welcoming kind and there to make our holiday special - we so appreciated the introduction to the property and the area from Ivan which set out our stay for the glorious 7 nights we spent in Positano - highly recommended

We didn't want to leave!

September 2019 - We had a wonderful time at Casa Zenia B and didn’t want to leave!

The huge terrace is amazing and we enjoyed two out of our six days doing nothing but enjoying the space and the pool.

It is a bit of step from the sea front but it is a beautiful walk and we really enjoyed staying in an area that felt more local. The nearby grocery store and Bar Internazionale next door are both so quirky and cool too. And the bus coming back was a god send!

The most incredible place

August 2019 - Casa Zenia B was the most incredible place to stay for our family trip to Positano, Italy!

Our family of five, my wife, myself, son, daughter and son-in-law, spent 10 nights at Casa Zenia B. Check in was easy, there is an elevator to cut some of the stairs off your journey to the top, and the family explained all the hot spots to go, and how to use the bus system (a real help!)

There was plenty of space inside the villa; it was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of room for us to have a few meals at home. Next was the INCREDIBLE view from the villa -- the highest point in Positano! As many people have to go to restaurant and other places to see the best view in this coastal city, we woke up and went to bed at night with the absolute most beautiful view you could imagine.

The pool on the deck was so necessary, and served great as a way to cool off in the afternoons after exploring the town.

Thank you allowing us to have your beautiful villa and view for 10 days -- it’s a memory we will never forget!

Well-maintained house with fantastic views

August 2018 - We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Zenia B. The views are just fantastic. The house is very well maintained and has beautiful plants on the terrace. The washer was really convenient as we were traveling with kids. The bathrooms were very nice and we enjoyed the rain showers, they were a bonus.

We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen, it was nice to be able to do that. Could have used a few more dishes to cook as we were a party of 8. We enjoyed the terrace table with the views. Didn't really get to use the pool though.

The owner was very helpful in giving us all the needed information to find the house and helping us with the check-in. She was available via text messages when needed and gave us tips on the "Path of the Gods" hike. The checkout process was very easy as well.

Photos did not do it justice

July 2018 - WOW! The photos did not do Casa Zenia B justice! The terrace and view are amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

The family were very welcoming and extremely helpful, excellent communication. They really helped us when my daughter got ill and arranged an English-speaking doctor and even fetched the medication she required. Nothing was too much trouble.

An amazing apartment in the heart of a lovely community away from the tourist part of Positano.

Such a bonus to have your own swimming pool, very rare in Positano.

So easy to book with Summer In Italy, answered any questions very quickly and made the whole booking process very easy.

Clean and stylish Positano retreat.

March 2018 - What a find! Tucked away on the mountain side high above Positano -- with breath-taking views out over the hills, town and sea below -- this clean, stylish retreat provides a perfect backdrop for family memories on the Amalfi Coast!

Ivan, Ambra and Mama Ambra were all super welcoming in meeting us for check-in (patiently waiting an extra hour because of a flat tire); and helpful in answering our every question about the apartment, the town and activities in the area. Speaking of which, the apartment is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms, space heaters, and a fully equipped kitchen -- where we learned to cook risotto and fettucine each night, with an Aperol Spritz (or two) on the terrace watching the lights of Positano come on.

We hope to return with friends soon!

We loved our stay

September 2017 - We loved our stay at Casa Zenia B. The view from the terrace it unbeatable to anything in Positano. You are the house at the very top of the hill and it is beautiful. The walk up the stairs can be tough, but you are in Positano after all, so lots of walking is to be expected.

The owners were incredibly helpful and very attentive to anything we needed. Honestly, only thing we ever call them for, was when we lost power during a thunder storm. Every thing you need is there!

I found my experience with Summer In Italy to be wonderful! They were extremely helpful and always pleasant to deal with. I will look to use them again on my next trip to Italy.

Spectacular terrace

September 2016 - Spectacular terrace. The second bedroom was at back and quite dark but I guess you only go there to sleep anyway. Hadn't realized that property was literally the highest place in Positano with lots of stairs to the beach! Overall a great experience but may look at somewhere more at a mid point location in the future.

September 2013 - We had a fantastic stay at Casa Zenia B. The apartment was in a superb location, amazing views (if not the best in Positano!) and lovely spacious accommodation.

Ivan [the owner] and his parents were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. 2 days before the end of our trip I injured my knee and Ivan helped us find a doctor and made the whole situation a lot easier.

What a place, I couldn't recommend it more.

September 2013 - We lived like rockstars at this beautiful, private house on the top of Positano.

The owner family makes you feel like it is your home from the moment you arrive. They had put beds in the living room and refreshed the pool on the deck for my daughter.

We ate aubergine (eggplant), tomatoes, basil, potatoes, and peppers from the gardens and collected eggs from the chickens. A neighbour cut fresh grapes from the side of his home for us as we were returning from the beach.

The neighbouring restaurant (Costantino's) has wood-fired pizza, mouth-watering family-style Italian dinners, and melt-in-your-mouth seafood. Everything served is fresh that day; including the Buffalo mozzarella.

The grocer down the hill has a deli, wine in bulk, liqueur, and a good selection of essentials. They will deliver, so you don't need to carry it up the hill.

The buses around town and to other towns stop just 5 minutes down the hill. The ferries to Capri, etc. depart from the center of town.

I can't say enough good things about this location. My 60 y.o. in-laws loved the view and quiet. My husband and I liked exploring the stairs around the town. My daughter loved how friendly the locals were and how special they made her feel.

July 2013 - We enjoyed our stay greatly. Very quiet (except for the car horns!!) with stunning views, exactly what we wanted and exactly what we got. Even the steep steps (you have to expect this).

There a couple of close by restaurants that served great food and even their own transport home again!!

May 2013 - It was a wonderful experience in Positano! I personally loved absolutely everything of Casa Zenia B from the minute I saw it!!

The terrace is enormous with breathtaking views,very private. We spent a lot of time there, I even slept on the terrace one night! Stars, aroma of blooming lemon trees, fresh mountain air, fireflies! Very romantic!

House is very clean, newly renovated. The owners -- Ivan, Carla and Raffaello are very nice and helpful. We did not have any problems with anything.

The villa is little high up above the town for people with children or elderly, but I liked it too. Little exercise never bothering me.

What else? Just not enough time, that's all. I am already dreaming to come back and bring my family. Positano and Casa Zenia B is forever my dream destination from now on.

April 2013 - Casa Zenia B is absolutely amazing and the pictures do not do it justice!!! We loved our stay there enjoying both the peace and quiet of the location and the charm of beautiful Positano.

There is an excellent store around the curve that delivers fresh vegetables right to your door.

The family is warm and friendly and was standing by to tend to any requests that we had.

I can highly recommend the place to those who crave all that Positano and the Amalfi Coast has to offer.
