June 2010 - Most excellent value for the money. We will return... it is not a matter of if but when.

We were blessed with good neighbors in the other units, so our stay was tranquil.

Well done.

July 2008 - We think that it was an excellent place for families. It is newly renovated and it is very high standard, especially for Italy.

The place is very well looked after and the pool is always clean. Our apartment is nice and big.

We were nicely surprised and had a great week there with our friends that had one of the other apartments...

I have booked many places in Italy both with Danish agents and Italian and Summer in Italy is clearly the best agent I have tried. Your description of the place was correct and you did not promise something that it could not deliver... thanks for very good service.

Travel tips

  • Shop for food before 8 Saturday... all shops in miles away are closed on Sunday.

October 2007 - Wonderful. Excellent facilities that lacked nothing.

We could not believe the great kitchen facilities and appliances provided. If you want a quiet and comfortable setting with all the facilities of home, this is it.

You did a great job of describing the facilities that did not disappoint. We were extremely pleased with everything.

Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Travel tips

  • Visit Civitella in Val di Chiana (10 km away). Beautiful town with a lot of history.
  • The town Badia Agnano where the house is located offers visitors great little shops for food and wine.

April 2007 - We enjoyed Casa Vincenza very much. It was used as a base for visiting all the attractions of Tuscany: Arezzo, Florence, Pisa, Greve, San Gimignano, etc.

The arrangements prior to our arrival were O.K. The service was O.K. and even if we arrived late the caretaker waited for us in a rainy night.

August 2006 - Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location.

Ideally situated for exploring the sites and towns of Tuscany such as Sienna and Arezzo.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing holiday at Casa Vincenza.

I booked with Summer in Italy by chance via the Internet. I was able to arrange our holiday with the minimum of fuss. I was delighted with the efficient and friendly manner you handled all the arrangements. I would certainly book again with Summer in Italy and recommend your company to friends.

July 2005 - Lovely villa on beautiful grounds, gardens, large swimming pool and fabulous views. Quiet and peaceful. Use of barbecue and laundry.

Four other villas and a free standing cottage - we made friends with other holiday makers from UK, Czech, Germany.

You need a car to explore the surrounding villages and 1/2 hour drive to the station.

If you're a tall person, take care to get ground floor appartments - upper ones have sloping roof. Two functional bathrooms (luxury).

Owners left us a welcome gift of Chianti and flowers, could pick herbs to use for cooking (basil, rosemary). Shops close in village of Badia Agnano.

I would return.

Everything done well. Found you on the internet and very hapy with the service.

Unfortunately, Casa Renza D can not be booked at this time.

We would love to help you find a suitable alternative. Please be in touch for personal advice from our staff!
