Excellent

September 2013 - We enjoyed Casa Renza very much. Stefania, the manager, was fabulous. She lent us her cell phone as we did not have one, and helped us above and beyond as we were having difficulties with our car rental. She was very helpful with directions to other places we wanted to see.

Casa Renza was exactly as pictured on the website. It is in a very beautiful rural area near a small village that was perfect. We had one of our most memorable meals in the restaurant in Badia Agnano.

I would recommend this Villa to anyone wishing to have a rural villa in Tuscany that is close to many larger centres. You do need to have a car. Driving in this area is not difficult if you have very good directions or GPS.

I would also recommend Summer in Italy as an excellent website if you looking for Villa rentals in Italy. They are very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

May 2012 - Great location in a day driving distance from beautiful places such as Siena, Lucca, Firenze, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona, Castiglione Del Lago, etc.

The opportunity to stay in a small town in the rural area of Toscana is an something you can not miss.

If you want to get a taste of the Toscana way of life, with its family restaurants with excellent food, wineries, beautiful landscapes this is a good place to stay

I found Summer in Italy through Google and I felt lucky since everything went smooth from the beginning. The communication process was great and we didn't have any problem at all.

July 2006 - We were so happy at Casa Renza! We loved our hostess, Paola and her father, Fabio. Paola even drove me around the little town, Badia Agnano, to show me the services and sites.

There was wine and a home-made torta in the apartment when we checked in... all so welcoming... and Fabio was helpful everyday.

We loved the location and the surrounding villages (especially Ambra) and easy access to the good road to Siena.

An excellent place to eat nearby was the restaurant "L'Antico Portale".

We were totally happy with our experience with Casa Renza and also our communications with "Summer in Italy."

Booking online is a little risky, but our experience with your company was very positive. You answered all our questions and handled the business part of our relationship very professionally. We will recommend you to other people we know.

The agent was welcoming and helpful, and the vicinity beutiful and serene.

September 2005 - We had a very delightful stay at Casa Renza. We were delighted to find a bottle of wine and a pastry on the kitchen table when we arrived.

The caretaker, Flavio, was frequently there working and making sure his guests were happy.

Tuscany was our favorite location in Italy, and I would like to return someday with a group of my fellow artists to just paint the scenery.

I would use you, again, for a vacation in Italy. We were highly satisfied.

June 2005 - The villa and the grounds were clean and beautiful.

The caretaker and his family were very pleasant and helpful.

It was wonderful to have the town within walking distance to pick up some items or for gelato or cappuccino as needed.

The location of the villa was very convenient for day trips to Siena, Florence and other towns in Tuscany.

August 2004 - We had a brilliant time at Casa Renza and would definitely go again. The decor and fittings were excellent and rooms spacious. Swimming pool was lovely and the views great. Lots of local wine tasting around and well worth a visit.

Locality great for Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Definitely need a car but well worth the stay and good value for money.

A big thank you to The Summer in Italy team too as it was a very simple system to book the property and we were kept informed right through the process. Thanks
