Perfect location, exceptional view
October 2019 - The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The view is exceptional.
The house was very nicely presented, fresh, clean and bright. Staying at Casa Luisa in Positano was a highlight of our trip.
Our host was delightful, very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you for the welcome gift, it was really appreciated!
Summer In Italy provided great service and I would not hesitate to book with you again. Thank you for all your helpful and timely communications.
Travel tips
- 'Path of the Gods' is really worth considering, beautiful views. We caught the bus to Nocelle, which is only a 30 minutes trip with great views along the way. We walked along the trail for approx 45 minutes then turned around back to Nocelle. We returned to Positano on the bus. You can do a longer walk, however that's all we had time for on the day.

- There are about 50 steps to go up to get to the house, but compared to others it is not bad. You should get a porter to help.

I was very impressed at the responsiveness of the staff at Summer In Italy. They assisted with transportation as well. I have recommended Summer In Italy to everyone. I am very impressed with their customer service, their attention to detail, and the way they do business in general!
Travel tips
- We enjoyed all that Positano had to offer.
- Make sure you go on all the boats you can, see Capri, take the bus to Amalfi and Ravello.
- All the trips were fun but Casa Luisa was the best!

June 2016 - Very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the color scheme, modern conveniences. Very central location but you need to be able to climb stairs. Our travel agent did all the work for us and could not have been happier.
The people handling the property were very responsive and pleasant.

- The shopping was wonderful.
- The wine tour in Tramonti and the visit to the mozzarella farm were fabulous.
- The Walk of the Gods hike is absolutely beautiful.

Such a wonderful place
September 2015 - Casa Luisa is such a wonderful place. The apartment is so lovely and the view is breathtaking! Could not have asked for a more lovely experience, we hope to come back again!
Daniela and Giovanni [the owners] are splendid to work with. They own an alimentari and are so gracious with their time and suggestions.
Used Summer In Italy twice already and would recommend to use them again. They take good care of their return guests when using each time! :)

- Must be in good physical condition to climb the stairs to the apartment. Have the alimentari bring up your groceries for you! Tip them well! They work hard.
