Spacious and clean

May 2016 - Casa Livio D is spacious and clean, with high beam ceilings and we found it adequately equipped for our 2 weeks stay. The mattress was most comfortable and we found the bed linens crispy clean and the towels were plush and fluffy. There was ample storage for our clothes and personals. We seemed to have had their beautiful swimming pool to ourselves whenever there was a clearing of the skies which we enjoyed tremendously. Even the pool is equipped with shower and toilets.

Travel tips

  • We thoroughly enjoyed Cortona, just a few minutes from Monsigliolo. It's where we discovered a multitude of quaint boutiques of beautiful Italian goods, such as glass and porcelain ware, soaps and perfumes, Italian handbags, etc and antique stone stairways leading up to more cobbled streets filled with flowers and small cafes. Everywhere you look is worthy of a snapshot, so very pretty!

June 2014 - Casa Livio D is a great place for a family holiday.

Stayed with 2 young children and would fully recommend. The pool and grounds were great and the property comfortable and well equipped.

The owners are warm, friendly an offer great advise for the local area.

  • Buses are not very regular so you will need a car to explore the local area.
