Awesome setting!
July 2023 - We had a very good stay at the property. The villa is in great condition and everything works well. The pool is very nice and has an amazing view. Our kids played tennis and ping pong and could have borrowed bicycles, so lots to keep them entertained.
There is a restaurant on the property where we enjoyed a very good meal at a reasonable price. Communication with the team was really good, and they were very accommodating for us and our schedule.
The property is halfway between Monteroni d'Arbia and Asciano at the top of the ridge overlooking the Crete Senesi. Awesome setting.
Overall we recommend the villa. Thanks!

Beautiful location, friendly staff, amazing views
May 2023 - We really loved our stay here. Beautiful location, friendly staff, amazing views of the Tuscan hills and countryside.Our house was in a great condition, very clean and comfortable.
There is a little restaurant at the property which I wasn't aware of beforehand, and you can get a good meal there as well. Both for dinner and breakfast.
We have booked a vacation before with Summer In Italy and we always get great help and service from the staff. There is a big offer of different accommodations to choose from and it's easy to find a great place to stay. Thank you, we will book with you again!
Travel tips
- It is really recommended to have a car, it is quite off on the countryside. But you cannot get these amazing views otherwise! The nearest village/shops are 15 min away by car.

September 2022 - We enjoyed our stay at Casa Giobatta B, an excellent villa. It is a great location in typical Tuscan country side. We liked staying on the estate and the freedom to explore it.
The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly.
It was very quiet in September and we had the luxury of both pools almost to ourselves.
Summer In Italy gave a great service, lots of helpful communication, would book again. Found you on the Internet.
Travel tips
- You do need a car, Asciano is the best place to shop. Small local shops and a good Coop supermarket.
- We found a restaurant Lo Scudiero which has only been open a few months. Excellent food and reasonably priced for the standard.
- Go by bus to Siena, you can catch it in Monteroni.
- Our favourite visits were Cortona and Montalcino.
- We took a mosquito net and that kept the bugs away at night.

July 2022 - The concept of this hamlet is excellent. The individual accommodation was spacious and homely, with bathrooms for each of the bedrooms.
The apartments were well fitted out with appliances and cooking utensils and facilities.
The entire family had a very enjoyable stay there. Just be certain that you read all the rules in the provided booklet though, as we accidentally crossed boundary lines and were told not to by the manager. You must only walk on your own apartments footpaths.
