July 2022 - Casa Bonaventura E is a fantastic villa. Much better than the pictures would suggest.

Rooms are a good size and bathrooms are great. Wi-Fi is very good. No air conditioning but the villa remains cool despite the heat! All facilities are good.

Great booking with Summer In Italy and will do so again.

August 2019 - We really enjoyed our stay. A lovely, peaceful place to stay within walking distance of a small traditional town.

Owners were very hospitable and helpful.

Good size swimming pool and delicious tomatoes and vegetables which guests can help themselves to.

May 2019 - The host was fantastic and very helpful.

The location is equidistant from so many places, with the drives ranging from 30 minutes to 1-1/2 hours through beautiful countryside.

The pool was lovely, as was the garden for the children.

Our favorite night was barbecuing with other guests that we met; so easy to do with the grocery store within walking distance.

The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, including the beautiful farmhouse dining table.

Montaione is very small, but there were plenty of restaurants and activities very close by for those days when we did not site-see.

You all were extremely helpful with our planning, and in taking care of 'emergency phone calls' (like having prescription medication shipped from the US) with patience and great advice.

May 2019 - We enjoyed our stay here. The central proximity in Tuscany is excellent with day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa all very easy.

The apartment is clean and neat and generally well appointed. However, the lounge does not cater for the number of guests (6) you would anticipate in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Keep up the excellent work - you guys were great to deal with at all stages - thank you.

July 2018 - Generally it was very good.

Disappointed with the view from our terrace especially in relation to the other terraces. The pool area was excellent and all administration up to and during the stay was also excellent.

The little market garden was fantastic and often used!

August 2017 - We really enjoyed our stay.

Casa Bonaventura E is quite compact but comfortable enough for 6 people. The three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms were well appointed and the fly screens on the windows were much appreciated in view of the mosquitoes. The combined living/dining/kitchen area would be a bit cramped if the weather was bad, but with the doors open onto the patio it was OK.

The shared outside facilites were good and we had no problem playing tennis whenever we wanted.

Montaione is a pleasant little town with a small Coop and a number of restaurants - just a bit too far to walk (and it's all uphill)!

We were very happy throughout with the level of information and quality of service of Summer in Italy. The website was excellent and the villa description was quite accurate. The directions were good and we had no problem finding the villa. We would certainly recommend Summer in Italy to our friends and they will be one of our first places to look for any future holidays we plan in Italy.

We enjoyed particularly the farm aspects (vineyards, olive trees, cherries).
