August 2013 - We enjoyed Appartamento Silvano A! Overall a very good experience.
The only issue we had was that after the first day the internet did not work at all. I tried contacting the owner with no luck.
The place was clean and everything was in good working order (except internet). The owner met us upon our arrival and went through everything with us.
Summer in Italy was simply FANTASTIC!! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, extremely helpful, professional and seemed to genuinely care about our well being. No complaints at all about Summer in Italy... will highly recommend you to my friends and family... actually, I already did.

Travel tips
- Overall, all was very good... good transportation, grocery store, restaurants, etc. And all very close.
- The bus and subway was so easy to use and the bus station was very close to the apartment.

July 2012 - We had a wonderful stay in Appartamento Silvano A.
The instructions for finding the apartment were very good and meeting the concierge was very easy.
It is a lovely apartment to stay in and while you need to use public transport to get to the main sites in Rome, it is very quick to get back to in the evening.
It is quiet and in the heat of July the air-conditioning was fantastic!
We were there with teenagers and it all worked well for a perfect holiday.
Leave some instructions to find the nearest shops (supermarket and bakery)
All went very well with the booking and the phone calls and emails were very helpful and prompt. I would recommend you to others now that we have used your services. Thank you!!!
Travel tips
- The nearest supermarket that we found is a short distance out of the apartment block on the left - go under the bridge and cross over before the petrol station on the opposite side of the road and there is an alley way to the supermarket car park.

May 2011 - We enjoyed staying at the apartment and found it to be spacious with plenty of natural light pouring in.
The location is within walking distance to the Termini and was great as you could navigate your way around Rome easily by taking the trains in all directions and then walking around the sights.
You are doing a great job!!!! Looked at lots of sites before deciding to book on yours.
Travel tips
- Great apartment. There are plenty of places nearby to buy provisions.
- There is a tram that runs from Porta Maggiore to the Termini train station and also a bus over the rode from the apartment.
- Good restaurants nearby.
- We took a train trip to Orvieto for a 'get out of the city' day and would recommend this to anyone
- very enchanting.

August 2008 - Very good and nice place to stay. Perfectly equipped. Bright and spacious.
Only defect is apartment's distance from city center (but that is why it is not so expensive adequately to its standard).
