Excellent

January 2020 - Simones apartment was much larger than we expected, with an amazing view, which made the stairs well worth the quick climb.

The apartment was clean with a handy washing machine, dishwasher and all needed accessories.

The location is superb, very close to all the restaurants and the ferry to other towns across the water.

We were there in January, it was blue skies and chilly every day but lovely for walking. There were plenty of restaurants still open, all of which were lovely, warm and welcoming. Bellagio is a beautiful town and we are so glad we saw it and could join the Sunday promenade that brings all the locals together!

Spectacular views and location

December 2019 - The location and views were spectacular! The apartment location is very convenient to the ferry and many restaurants, etc. Overall very well located.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Great price for a great place

December 2019 - The accommodations were great and the spectacular views were well worth the 4 flights of stairs -- plus I felt less guilty about the extra croissants :-)

Very charming and nicely decorated, plenty of room. One evening when we came in we watched Christmas movies and drank wine and it was cozy just like home.

Everything was clean, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen items, etc. Host was very accommodating, plenty of recommendations left for guest for things to do, eat, etc.

Great price for a great place. Highly recommend.

Great place with beautiful views

October 2019 - You’d struggle to get a better location than this, unless you want to pay 3 times as much. Open all the windows and you have beautiful views of the lake and church.

August 2019 - Appartamento Breno is in the best location! The views are spectacular and you just walk downstairs in the morning to get a fresh cappuccino each morning. There is every kind of shop super close to the apartment for groceries, coffee, gelato, scarves... Literally whatever you need!

Be aware that you are on the Piazza so the Church bell will keep you on time and you will know that the morning deliveries to the stores are happening. Also, if you have trouble with stairs then this is not the place for you. I loved it because my gelato was guilt free after all my trips up and down the many stairs.

August 2019 - We absolutely loved our time at Lake Como and loved our accommodations as well! Our apartment was very clean, in a super location with amazing views!

There are some stairs involved, but they just allow you to eat more pasta and enjoy more vino!

We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location in Bellagio

August 2019 - This was my husband and I's first time in Italy and our experience was amazing.

The apartment is located on the top floor of an old palace that offers 360 degree views from every room of Lake Como and the beautiful town of Bellagio. The location was PERFECT and we were just steps away from all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Bellagio!
