Villino Fortunato, Praiano

Villino Fortunato is a bright independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Villino Fortunato you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. Villino Fortunato is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 80 meters (roughly 260 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villino Fortunato from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villino Fortunato. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of the island of Capri on the horizon and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and grapevine pergolas. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the garden you will have a wonderful view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room an additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a single room. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
