Villino Brianna, San Marco di Castellabate

Villino Brianna is a characteristic cottage which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Villino Brianna you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Villino Brianna is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of San Marco di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will reach Villino Brianna from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villino Brianna you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villino Brianna is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.

The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include a chair bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has five small windows.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 15 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped. On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The mezzanine has a small window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washer/dryer (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
