Villa Volare, Praiano

Villa Volare is a splendid villa with the fascination of the typical and ancient mediterranean houses. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Volare you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Volare is 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two wide private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Volare from the street level going up a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 62 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Volare. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). If necessary, you can park free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

You will reach the swimming pool from the first terrace going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The first terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is shaded by a roof. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. You will be able to reach it from the second terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will have a gorgeous view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the living room from the first terrace through a corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a DVD player. The room has a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a high window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
