Villa Tacita, Torre Suda

Villa Tacita is a characteristic and welcoming villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Tacita you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Villa Tacita is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Torre Suda, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (rocky) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Villa Tacita from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Tacita you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Tacita is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it along an external stairway, climbing 12 steps. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The floor is paved with original stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
