Villa Rosalinda is an elegant and welcoming four-story apartment that is part of a villa situated on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna. It sleeps 16 people. It is approximately 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Trecastagni, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Aci Trezza beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles). You will reach Villa Rosalinda walking past a main entrance gate and without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Rosalinda you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The area is equipped with deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The patio is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to a patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. The bathroom has a double-glazed window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
