Villa Rosalba, Trecastagni

Villa Rosalba is a cozy and welcoming independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Rosalba you will enjoy a pleasant view of the villages on the slopes of mount Etna. Villa Rosalba is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Trecastagni, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Aci Trezza beach) at 14 km (roughly 8.7 miles). You will reach Villa Rosalba from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Rosalba you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two deck chairs and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is made of wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room climbing eight steps of a ladder. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a double-glazed window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
